1:2 Complete Amsterdam allows filming and photography to take place during events, we ask and remind you to observe the appropriate data protection laws in the jurisdiction to seek permission from Complete Amsterdam to post or publish film, photography and images. You must do this in writing to support@completeamsterdam.com
1:3 Photography and filming may be prohibited entirely in specific locations on the site, we ask you to seek permission in writing via email to the address above.
1:4 No broadcaster, media agency or third party company may record or photograph at Complete Amsterdam events without prior permission.
Lost Property
1:5 Lost & found property is organised by the venue where the event is being held, it is up to the attendee to contact the venue directly.
1:6 Complete Amsterdam are not responsible for any loss or subsequent damage to attendee personal or commercial property.
1:7 Complete Amsterdam will assist where possible in helping to locate lost items or communicate information for the individual / department responsible for lost property.
Car Parking
1:8 Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk. Complete Amsterdam are not responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or theft.
1:9 Car parking is not designated and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis at the sole discretion of Complete Amsterdam event management.
1:10 In the event that car parking may not be provided, Complete Amsterdam will strive to provide thorough information on alternative arrangements.
1:11 Car parking temp permits will be emailed across prior to the event taking place, this must be securely displayed on thewindscreen of your front window.
1:12 On some sites, the venue are entirely responsible for car park arrangements, it is the responsibility of the attendee to liaise with the venue direct.
Admission
1:13 Complete Amsterdam and Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the event.
1:14 The time of the event is displayed on your e-ticket, Complete Amsterdam hold no ownership over technical or printing defects in regards to e-tickets or physical printed tickets.
1:15 Its up to you, the ticket holder to arrive in adequate time, Complete Amsterdam holds no responsibility for late arrival to the venu.
1:16 Exhibitors, vendors and employers are allowed access to the site as stated on the Company Check In Pack schedule.
1:17 Exhibitors, vendors and contractors must leave the venue and remove all personal belongings.
1:18 Queue jump tickets are set in accordance with health and safety policy and venue management, this will allow the holder to enter the venue before standard ticket holders.
1:19 All day passes allow the holder entry to both the AM and PM time slots, the holder must exit at the specified break times.
1:20 Ticket holders must, on request from event and venue staff provide tickets in either digital (E-ticket) or paper format. No other valid proof will be permitted.
1:21 Ticket holders may on occasion be asked to provide proof of ID.
1:22 Exhibitors, vendors and contractors must present on request adequate documentation to event and venue staff.
1:23 Complete Amsterdam reserve the right to amend exhibitors, vendors and contractors on site locations where necessary.
1:24 Tickets tampered or damaged will become invalid and the holder refused entry to the event.
1:25 Complete Amsterdam reserve the right to refuse entry to attendees in possession of tickets purchased on unofficial third party or unauthorised sites.
1:26 Names on the ticket must match ID and or bank card.
1:27 Only authorised exhibitors, vendors and contractors will be allowed onto the site in advance of the official event start time.
1:28 Tickets may be purchased on the Complete Amsterdam or official partners sites only, do not purchase from any third party site.
1:29 Complete Amsterdam nor the venue will be liable for any loss, damage to health or theft, admission is at the attendees risk.
1:30 Should the event be cancelled, the value of the ticket will be refunded minus booking fees.
1:31 Complete Amsterdam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered due to cancellation, re-schedule or re-location of the events.
1:32 Complete Amsterdam reserves the right to re-schedule or re-locate the events, all tickets are refundable if the event is cancelled only.
1:33 Line-ups and artist programming are subject to change at any point and at short notice.
Event
1:34 If you wish to perform or sell services at Complete Amsterdam events, this must be communicated in writing to the company in advance.
1:35 Exhibitors, vendors and contractors must, in writing express any special requirements to the event manager.
1:36 Wifi is the sole responsibility of the venue, Complete Amsterdam does not provide any Wifi services.
1:37 Complete Amsterdam does not provide any marketing, promotional material or branding for any artist, vendor or participants.
1:38 Complete Amsterdam does not provide any IT support nor do we provide any cables or charging capacity for devices.
1:39 Complete Amsterdam advises all attendees to thoroughly read the terms and conditions of venue / official partners and raise any questions or queries prior to the event date.
1:40 Exhibitors, vendors, special guests must pick up the access pass and or backstage badge prior to entering the site in the designated location at the specified pick up timings.
1:41 It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange getting to and from the venue.
Refund Policy
The following details refund policy for all Complete Amsterdam events
1:42 All Refunds are made at the sole discretion of Complete Amsterdam without admission of liability. We will issue a refund ona case by case basis.
You’re advised to contact
support@completeamsterdam.com to request a refund along with any supporting documentation. We aim to review all requests within 30 days.
Whilst we try to ensure all events run smoothly, events are subject to a re-schedule or change of location, in this circumstance, attendees and participants will not be entitled to a full refund. If the event is cancelled, we will refund the full amount minus any booking fees.

The following Terms & Conditions cover all bookings made to Complete Amsterdam for the purpose of a canal cruise
1 Complete Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if it deems necessary and without notice.
1.1Definitions
Company, supplier, provider, we, us means Complete Amsterdam
Third party suppliers refers to affiliates or agencies selling services in exchange for commission
Boat owner means the person or legal entity who provides the boat to the supplier for the purpose of commercial activities
Consumer, passenger, You or your means the person which is defined as a guest, attendee or other party who purchases the service from the company
Ticket is the e-ticket which is delivered to the consumer email / proof of purchase
Start date and time refers to the commencement of the canal cruise
Agreement refers to the agreement between Complete Amsterdam and consumer (guest, other party etc)
Booking refers to an authorised and successful transaction from consumer to company
Service refers to the named activity herein as described on the website, marketing material namely canal cruise

1.2 The booking
Once purchased, all ticket types are non-refundable.
Via the Complete Amsterdam website, you can purchase tickets for a canal cruise Third-party suppliers may at Complete Amsterdam discretion sell tickets for canal cruises, Complete Amsterdam is not responsible for any agreements you enter into with third party suppliers.
Complete Amsterdam terms and conditions supersede all third party suppliers terms and conditions.
All prices are in Euros and subject to VAT and ticket fees Complete Amsterdam may from time to time offer promotional prices, these are subject to separate terms and conditions
Whilst we try to ensure all information displayed on the website is accurate – on occasion errors may occur such as incorrect pricing, availability and date / time for example. If we discover an error has occurred we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. Complete Amsterdam are not responsible for non-delivery or delay of tickets.
All canal cruises are subject to weather conditions
All canal cruises are subject to the freedom of access to the waterways by the relevant authorities.
Our canal cruises are not suitable for users of wheelchairs.
Consumers with special dietary or accessibility requirements must in writing notify Complete Amsterdam at least 30 business days prior to departure.
1.3 Privacy
Any personal information that you disclose will be subject to Complete Amsterdam privacy policy which can be found here
Your group
Complete Amsterdam reserve the right to claim damages should you cause damage, loss to any of the facilities or its services.
The captain / skipper has sole discretion to allow passengers, guests to board the boat. Should the captain / skipper feel the behaviour of passengers / guests is not acceptable then you will be prohibited from the canal cruise.
You must follow the instructions from the captain and crew whilst boarding, duration and disembarking from the canal cruise.
All children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.
We do not have any storage facilities on board – this includes personal luggage, prams or dogs.
You must not board the boat under the influence or drugs or alcohol.
You must not bring on board any illegal substances or alcohol.
Lost Property
Complete Amsterdam are not liable for any loss suffered by you whilst on the canal cruise.
If you feel that you have left behind property, you must contact us via phone or email immediately. Complete Amsterdam will not store or hold any personal possessions left by you.
It is your responsibility to look after your personal possessions.
Photography and filming
Complete Amsterdam hold all rights to images and video recordings captured whilst boarding, during and disembarking from the canal cruise.
You grant Complete Amsterdam exclusive global rights to use you in marketing for an indefinite term.
You must notify Complete Amsterdam in advance if you intend to take photographs, videos or recordings on board the canal cruise, you must do this in writing via email canalcruises@completeamsterdam.com.
You must be granted explicit permission from Complete Amsterdam to use for commercial purposes any photography, video or recordings captured during canal cruises.
Cancellation
In the event of you not being able to locate the pick up point for your canal cruise or arriving late for your allocated start date and time slot, Complete Amsterdam will automatically cancel your booking.
The provider has sole discretion on if your booking can be rescheduled – this may incur a fee equal to the original booking amount plus an administration fee.
The company may at any time cancel your booking.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Complete Amsterdam will not be held liable.
Health & Safety
You must follow instructions given to you at all times by the captain and crew on board your vessel.
Passengers should notify the captain and crew if they feel unwell or ill at any time during the canal cruise.
Passengers must not board the boat if they feel unwell or ill.
Liability
Complete Amsterdam shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to a passengers possessions.
All personal property is the responsibility of the passengers.
Complete Amsterdam use third party software to process bookings, we are not responsible for bugs, technical issues you may experience whilst using their software.
Complaints
Should you feel that you must make a formal complaint, this must be in writing and addressed to support@completeamsterdam.com
Complaints must be made within 7 business days following the canal cruise.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the canal cruise, you can provide feedback to the following email address feedback@completeamsterdam.com with your booking reference number and full name.
Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes which may arise between you and Complete Amsterdam, providing no agreement can be reached after mediation, then the dispute shall be governed according to English Law.
What happens if it rains?
The vast majority of our fleet are open top, meaning they have no roof, this lets you really experience the number one canal cruise in the city. However, we are prepared for all weathers to sail on the calm waters of Amsterdam. We have an adjustable roof and heating – we can sail in almost any weather!
Can I bring food and drink on board during my canal cruise?
We do not allow any food or drink on board our boats. Our boats come with a fully stocked bar and we have options for food.
Do your boats have a toilet?
The vast majority of our boats have toilets, however we do have boats which do not have a lavatory. We cannot guarantee that your specific boat will have a toilet on board.
Where are the departure locations for the canal cruise?
Our boats leave from the most central locations, you can select your preference when booking. We offer the following departure location Centraal Train Station.
Where do we get off?
We will drop you off at the centrally located Anne Frank House.
Does the captain provide commentary during the boat tour?
Yes – our captains are local experts and provide a live guide. Expect to hear humour, history and general information about Amsterdam during your cruise.
Which languages do your boat crew speak?
We have an international boat crew on board our boats, on average we hire crew who are fluent in multiple languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Portuguese, Danish, Russian, Ukrainian, Norwegian, Czech, Arabic, Thai, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, Japanese, Finnish, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, German, Maltese, Hungarian, Greek, Czech, Croatian, Bulgarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian.
Do I need to book the canal cruise in advance? Yes. We highly recommend booking in advance – our canal cruises regularly sell out.
I haven’t received my ticket?
Upon booking confirmation, you should have received your e-ticket to the address entered in during the booking process. Firstly, check your spam and junk folders. If you are still yet to receive a ticket after booking, you can contact us on support@completeamsterdam.com and one of our team will look into this for you.
